PowerClean was built around a simple idea: appliance repair shouldn't be complicated. You need someone who shows up, figures out what's actually wrong, explains it clearly, and fixes it correctly.
PowerClean started after Blake Lonsberry spent years working in the appliance repair industry and saw an opportunity to build something better locally. Instead of a company focused on volume and upselling, the goal was a company people could trust inside their homes. That philosophy still drives the company today.
Our goal isn't to sell you something you don't need. It's to diagnose the problem, give you straightforward options, and help you make the decision that makes the most sense for your appliance and your home.

Serving Utah homeownersThe company originally operated as PowerClean Laundry Repair, with a heavier focus on washers and dryers. As it grew, so did the services — PowerClean was repairing refrigerators, ovens, ranges, ice makers and other household appliances, and the original name no longer described the company.
So it became PowerClean Appliance Repair: a full-service residential appliance repair company. The rebrand marked a bigger shift too — building a larger team, stronger systems and processes, investing in customer experience, and building a company designed to serve Utah homeowners for the long term.
