The people behind PowerClean
Experienced technicians plus a customer-experience team — so you get honest answers, a confirmed appointment, and someone who calls when they're on the way.

Who'll be in your home
Blake Lonsberry
Blake owns PowerClean and brings more than 14 years of appliance repair experience. He's the technical backbone of the company — heavily involved in diagnostics, complex repairs, technician training and the quality standards PowerClean is known for. He built PowerClean around doing the job correctly and treating customers fairly, and he's known for diagnosing problems quickly and explaining them without overcomplicating it.
Blake is the guy everyone calls when nobody else can figure out what's wrong.
Jake Marriott
Jake brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every job. He takes pride in finding the right solution and, just as importantly, enjoys getting to know each customer along the way. For Jake, great service is about more than fixing an appliance — it's making sure every customer feels heard, respected and taken care of.
Who keeps it running smoothly
Makayla Adams
Makayla oversees the operational and customer-experience side of PowerClean — company systems, marketing, processes, community relationships and continued growth. Her focus is making sure PowerClean doesn't just deliver a good repair but a consistent experience from the first phone call through the completed job. She also leads PowerClean's local marketing and community involvement.
Adalyn Baddley
Adalyn keeps the PowerClean schedule and customer experience running smoothly: incoming customer communication, scheduling, dispatch, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, invoices, and communication between customers and technicians. She's often one of the first people you'll talk to, and she makes sure you know what to expect throughout your repair.
We're not trying to make appliance repair complicated.
We show up.
We diagnose it.
We explain it.
We fix it right.
What happens when we visit
Adalyn confirms your appointment. Your technician calls when they're a few minutes out, diagnoses the appliance and explains your options with pricing. The $80 diagnostic is credited toward the repair, and you pay when the job's done.
