We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, provide repair services, send service-related communications, and improve our service. Requests sent through our website are delivered to our office by an email service and kept in a private archive so no request is lost. We never sell or share them, or any other personal information you give us.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine), the general area and type of device, and whether a visitor tapped to call, text or email us or sent the request form. When the form is sent, analytics records only the appliance and city you chose from the lists, never your name, phone number, email address or message. Google Analytics sets cookies; you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam out, our online request form uses ALTCHA: while you fill in the form, your browser quietly solves a small math puzzle and sends the answer with your request. It runs on our own website, sets no cookies, doesn't track you and shares nothing with anyone else.
